Boldform Designs was hired to completely remodel and restore this 1920’s Spanish style home in Silver lake neighborhood of Los Angeles. We completely changed the front façade, tore down interior walls, changed the layout and added some square footage to the home in order facilitate better circulation and flow of spaces.
The addition included a laundry room, bigger master bath and a generous sized deck at the back of the house. The detached garage was partially converted into an office. Our client’s love of colors is reflected in the interiors of this Mediterranean gem.
