This project included a complete renovation of a 5700 sqft residence with 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and 7 open areas including kitchen. We added a new poolhouse, gym and an outdoor entertainment/dining area to the existing residence.
This house was transformed into a modern residence while still keeping some of the traditional elements like trims and moldings intact.
Addition of concealed LED lights and wall textures adds drama and warmth to the space.
